Known issues — AquaJet series
- Wi-Fi setup wizard times out on 5 GHz-only networks. Both AJ-4120W and
AJ-6250DW only support the 2.4 GHz band; point the wizard at that band specifically
rather than a combined SSID.
- Scan-to-email stops working after a mail provider password change. The stored
credential is not re-validated automatically on this generation; re-enter it under
Settings › Scan › Email on the control panel.
- "Ink level unknown" shown after a refilled cartridge is fitted on AJ-4120. The
cartridge chip reports a counter, not a true level; this is expected behaviour, not a fault.
